Rental Prices are inclusive of the following:-

* Welcome grocery pack.
* All linen (changed weekly)
* Detailed information pack
* Full villa management

Not Included in Rental Price:-
* All flights to and from Mahon
* All airport taxes
* Insurance cover (If taken)
* All transport to and from UK airport
* Transport from airport to villa
* Hiring of car.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £200.00 breakage / damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
Further Details
A welcome grocery pack will be there on arrival. Beds are changed once a week, all linen provided, just bring beach towels. The pool will be cleaned twice a week, and the garden in attended to once a week. Travel cot hire ( inc high chair) is available at a minimal charge (cot linen not provided).
Car Hire
Car hire is not essential but we would recommend it to enable you to explore the wonderful island and many beaches. We can arrange car hire for you if you require it, at a very competitive rate.
